Welcome to HeartTouch Wellbeing

Anthony Fidler - Founder of HeartTouch Wellbeing CIC

HeartTouch Wellbeing CIC offers practical, embodied approaches that help people reconnect with themselves, others and their communities.

A particular focus for us is supporting people experiencing spiritual crisis, experiences commonly described as psychosis and other overwhelming inner experiences.

We are also developing a growing range of programmes that apply the HeartTouch approach to anxiety, emotional pain and trauma, recovery from chronic stress and burnout, addiction recovery, ADHD and autism, long-term health conditions and wider community wellbeing.

The HeartTouch Approach

At the heart of all of our programmes is the HeartTouch approach, a practical way of cultivating embodied mindfulness through presence, simple practices and compassionate human connection.

HeartTouch workshop in Yorkshire Feeling safe opens the way to connection and, when appropriate, touch.

HeartTouch is an unravelling process in which habitual patterns of stress, trauma and protection gradually soften as we rediscover a sense of safety, embodiment and compassionate human connection with ourselves and others.

From this foundation, different programmes apply the same embodied principles to the unique challenges faced by different individuals, communities and organisations.

“Embodied Mindfulness is a way of being in which you are fully connected with your body and you feel safe.

Your mind is quiet and present to your experience of life happening in that moment, and your heart feels warm and open to yourself and to those around you.”

“This is a state of wellbeing and good feeling.”

Weathering Storms

Finding stability through life's storms

A small sailing boat navigating a fierce storm. Storms are part of life. Learning how to weather them can make all the difference.

Weathering Storms supports people experiencing spiritual crisis, experiences commonly described as psychosis and other overwhelming inner experiences.

It is also relevant when increasing emotional or psychological instability raises concerns that medication or hospitalisation may follow, and during periods when someone is considering or navigating changes in psychiatric medication.

Through embodied mindfulness, compassionate human connection and practical frameworks, people can develop greater grounding, stability and resilience while navigating some of life's most challenging periods.
