A Note from HeartTouch
HeartTouch Wellbeing CIC offers educational and wellbeing services. We are not an emergency or crisis service.
If you need immediate support or are concerned about your safety, please contact one of the organisations above or speak to an appropriate healthcare professional.
We recognise that recovery and wellbeing often involve many different forms of support. As this resource library develops, we hope to include a wider range of organisations, communities and approaches that may be helpful at different stages of people's journeys.
