HeartTouch: Living Well with ADHD & Autism
A practical embodied mindfulness programme for people with a diagnosis of ADHD, autism or related neurodivergent experiences.
HeartTouch workshop focusing on autism in Yorkshire April 2025
People with a diagnosis of ADHD, autism or related neurodivergent experiences often experience the world with great intensity. HeartTouch offers a practical embodied mindfulness approach that helps people develop a greater sense of safety, embodied awareness and wellbeing, supporting them in living well while remaining true to who they are.
The workshops combine simple embodied mindfulness practices, compassionate human connection and gentle group reflection. The pace is intentionally unhurried, allowing participants time to settle into their own embodied experience and discover practical ways of supporting the body's natural capacity for self-regulation. As people become more comfortable in themselves, many also find it easier to connect with others in a way that feels natural and authentic.
The programme recognises that every person is unique. It does not seek to change who people are, but to support them in discovering practical ways of working with their own bodies, emotions and relationships. By developing greater self-awareness and emotional regulation, participants can build confidence, resilience and a greater sense of wellbeing in everyday life.
